You will have to design a form to export all that info, and will have to run in batches so Infopath doesn't go cre-azy nuts as it approaches 500M of memory (Infopath2003/2007 literally stops around that mark, it's got a nasty memory hole and it leaks badly, 2010 is better, but it has the same problem)

Re: InfoPath forms data warehousing

InfoPath has a save to Excel feature in the File menu which you may be able to use.

Alternatively, our DBXL client will also let you migrate your data to SQL/Excel easily as well. Here is a link for more info: http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/DBXLClient.aspx

InfoPath forms data warehousing

Hello Experts,

I have InfoPath 2010 forms published to SharePoint 2007 and stored in a Document Library. Library has more than 1000 forms and it contains more than 200 fields per form. I would like to export all 200 fields x 1000 forms in to a table (excel). Not sure if this is possible via a Macro / a client side code or using a 3rd party tool.

I found some 3rd party tool like these online.
http://www.xml-converter.com/

Any suggestion how can I achieve this ?
