The data is currently submitted in a Read-Only view. The form is for our HR department to let us know when users are leaving the agency. </p><p>We&#39;ve got a simple Workflow that sends an email to our Help Desk team that a new document has been added to the library so that someone can take care of the request. Now, we&#39;d like to add a &quot;Completed By&quot; field to the form to allow us to specify who did the actual task. Can I just add a step to the existing Workflow to force the addition of this information? I can&#39;t get my head around how to implement this. Appreciate any suggestions. <br /></p>
