Rich Text in Infopath XML uses XHTML formatting.

A good way to see what Infopath expects to see in a rich text node would be to create a template with a rich text field, populate the form, save it and have a look at the raw XML.

Then replicate the formatting schema with your vbScript XML construction.

Creating xml files prepopulated with Data

I have an infopath form I am precreating the XML files for. This works well except the Rich Text dialog boxes are not taking into account the <ENTER> control so is stringing all the data together. I'm using VBScript too create these files with the following methods

xmlDoc.getElementsByTagName(ArrHeading(i))
xmlDoc.Save OutputLoc
