So far only one user is experiencing this problem. And only on one form out of several. The form is not meant to be browser-enabled. I have had the user clear their cookies in Internet Explorer. I've republished several times. I've double checked settings on the form library as well as in the form. Has anyone come across a fix for this?

Re: Infopath 2007 form does not open for some users

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem, which manifests itself pretty randomly.

In addition, Firefox and Chrome doesn't (never) open associated InfoPath client,

Any fix, ladies and gents?

Please advise!

Dmitry

Infopath 2007 form does not open for some users

Hello,

I have created an Infopath 2007 form and have published it to SharePoint. 95% of the users are opening the form and using it successfully. There are a select few, that are getting an error:

There has been an error while loading the form. Click Try Again to attemp to load the form again. If this error persists, contact the support team for the Web Site.

With details: This form template is not currently browser-enabled. It must either be republished as a browser-enabled form, or opened using Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007.

I have verified that these users do have either MS Office InfoPath 2007 or 2010. I have had them run repairs on InfoPath 2010, and all of them to do MS Windows updates. All of this done just in case. Although, these are not browser enabled forms, they are strictly InfoPath forms, the users are still unable to open them.

Please advise.

Brandi
