Aggregate Forms - only first item on repeating table is showing

Hi,

I'm new to Infopath and would appreciate help. What I though was a simple project has turned out to be a bit more challenging than expected.

Scenario with Infopath 2010.

What works:

I'm working on a "weekly report" form that multiple people access. People will use the form template to create a report and save it to Sharepoint.

Form is saved to sharepoint library as a web form.
Form contains optional sections, which themselves contain repeating sections.
The form successfully stores data.

What I need help with:

I created a second form, which was put on its own sharepoint library. This is a form intended to aggregate reports from individuals into one report.
The form has data connections to the "weekly report."
The form successfully filters data based on a date.
The ISSUE: the form only displays the first item from the optional section.

Binding on the aggregator form is field-to-field, for example "Field Issue Title" and "Field Issue Explanation" are mapped to datafields made accessible through the data connection.
