I have created infopath form and named it as नेपालि.xsn ( nepali unicode character) . While i tried to zip the form and extract it , it throws error , then i renamed the form name as nepali.xsn and extract it succesfully . My question is when i looked at manifest.xsf i found publishUrl property as publishUrl="C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\नेपालि.xsn"

What are those characters and how it converted नेपालि into नेपालि ?

I am testing with Infopath 2010.

Thanks
