Hello tafavorite,

one approach without modifying the schema is to use conditional formatting. In this case you define a conditional formatting on the repeating table itself. As the condition you can use the following expression:

count(/my:myFields/my:YourGroup/my:Your repeatingGroup) > YourMaximumNumberofRows

and then select the following option:

Don't allow users to insert or delete this control

It is possible to do this by extracting the form and modifying the myschema.xsd file. The error message that InfoPath displays when someone adds too many rows isn't very pretty, but it gets the job done:

I was wondering if there is a way to limit the rows that can be added to a repeating table without code. Like is there anyway to do it through validations? Would really help me out, thanks in advance.
