I'll try the rule in reverse as you suggested.

Re: Compare SP table to form table (to determine changed fields)?

One idea you can try is to invert the rule. In other words, but the 2DS (secondary data source) on the left of the condition and the main data source on the right.

Re: Compare SP table to form table (to determine changed fields)?

This is the scenario we had in mind when we added the Refresh SharePoint List Items command to qRules 2.3 last year. It has two options - Report and Update which allow you to list the differences between the XML and the list or update the XML with the changes from the list. Typically you use it on a form load rule. Easy to compare, show the differences, and then update based on a button click.

Let me know if you want a demo.

I have a table that a user submits, and another user reviews and adjusts the form accordingly (in a different view). After the second user reviews it, the data is saved into a sharepoint list.

The first user now has the option of editing the form again. Is there an easy way to compare the table in the form to the table on SharePoint, so that the second user will easily be able to see what has changed since last time? I want to compare the table, and format the text red if it has changed.

It's a large table, and the reviewer is going to have to easily spot out what has changed.
