I have a navigation using buttons at the top. One of the buttons is Resume which is the page I'm having a problem with. The form can query candidates that have been submitted from our website. On that website the candidate would copy and paste their resume for the HR dept to view. That brings me to my problem. When viewing the resume on the InfoPath browser form on the Rich Text field it's coming out all bunched together without any carriage returns.

You have to use the form itself to view the data. You can use SharePoint to search for the form? Like I said.. depends on what you are trying to accomplish?

Re: Trying to make a text box that will do paragraph breaks

I tried using a Rich Text field and all of the data still wants to come out on one line instead of having the date on separate lines.

Re: Trying to make a text box that will do paragraph breaks

Richtext field will allow the user to have formatted text... if they use a browser that supports activex controls (IE). It will allow for plain text support.

You can then make everyone use the browser form to view the information. One nice thing is you can publish the richtext field to SharePoint as plain text. This enables searching for that data to find the form. It just has to be viewed via the browser form. You then use views to determine what fields users get to see via the browser form.

Could work depending on what your process is??

Trying to make a text box that will do paragraph breaks

I know that doing paragraph breaks in text boxes isn't allowed in an InfoPath browser form.
