Thank you for your input. I have utilized the blogg from Matt to give me a pointer...and written a bit of VB to get the lists into Page chunks, and it works great.

Are you using a page break to force them to be one page? I'm guessing you are.

If they are longer, you will have to use some fancy-schmancy pagination logic in your form to come to grips with the lack of printing smarts in InfoPath. Matt Faus had a blog post on this back in the day. Good luck is all I can say. Definitely not for the faint of heart....

Looney Tunes here on my Sunday with one of your nation's best (Pink Floyd's "Shine on You Crazy Diamond")...

Best!

Printing over several pages - A3/Leger/Tabloid.

Hi, I am running InfoPath 2007.

I have a Print view which creates a form on double sided A3 paper (Leger/Tabloid). Users have requested additional information be printed. This will form a 2nd A3 sheet. The Additional data is in the form of lists of statements. There are 6 sections (lists). No section is wider than A4 (Letter) so I can have 2 columns on the page. I have no knowledge on how long each section will be or if the section will have any items in it. The printers we are using are only using A3 paper.

Ideally I would like the sections to "snake" on the page - i.e. Sections going down the LHS page (column1) until the page is full then when that side of the paper is full going down the RHS (column 2) of the paper, then if there are still further sections, go to the next page. Is there any way of achieving this ?

At the moment All I can think of is having one section per column of page and hope that no section is longer than a page of text. Unfortunately this may mean printing numerous empty or sparsely printed pages.

Any ideas would be gratefully received

Thank you
