Yes, you should be able to do this using conditional formatting to hide the rows that don't equal the max value (this is not filtering). The other way is to use a Web Service to filter on the server but that requires installing a 3rd party product like Qdabra's DBXL.

Max Value in a Repeating table

Hi

I've been scouring the web looking for an answer to this, but I haven't been able to find anything thing. I'm designing a form that is connected to an SQL Database, and I have a secondary data source, which gets fed into a repeating table. The user then clicks on a button which takes some values from that repeating table and allows the user to do the work they need to do. I have randomly assigned a number to each of the rows that gets fed to the repeating and I want to only show the row with the the highest (max) number from that column. I've tried using a text box to display the max value of that column and use to conditional formatting to filter on that but it doesnt update as users select that row. Is there a way to this where I can filter on the max value and only show the one row?

Thanks,
