If you have wss3.0 or 4.0 form server is not include so you have to use rich client.

If you buy office 2010 professionnal + it include infopath, I think you can also buy it separetly.

Is InfoPath a standard program offered with MS Office?

Our organization has Microsoft Office, but I can't seem to find InfoPath in the suite of programs. I would like to use MS InfoPath to create forms on Sharepoint. If I have to purchase the program it separately to create the forms, does the user completing the form have to have InfoPath installed too?
