This would also hide the labels for the textboxes and make the form only one page when "not ok" is checked.

Unfortunately, switching views is not an available rule for checkboxes/option buttons/etc., so creating a new view with the textboxes doesn't work.
By the way, copying/pasting the same control will store the same value in all the copied/pasted controls unless you rebind the new controls.

Hope this helps!

Populate a view when certain criteria is met

I am a newbie to InfoPath 2007, so I need a little help.

I have designed a pretty basic form for a plant inspection, it has check boxes (ok and not ok) and text boxes (issues found). However it is 17 pages long, with approximately 100 text boxes for issues found...so I would like a view that will show the text box only if the "not ok" box is checked. I know that you can copy/paste the control and set conditional formatting on it to hide if it is blank, but I am hoping that there is a simpler way to do this. I still have 25 more of these forms to do, please help.

I have been searching for a couple days now and have not found a way to do this....hopefully it can be done.
