for some kind of questionnaire which needs to be send via e-mail, I've created following infopath:

As soon as they fill in a date in "Accounting year closed", the values appears in column A of Table 2. (this works)
But the purpose would be that if they click on "Add accounting year", a new row would be inserted in Table 1 (works) and Table 2. The value which they than fill in under table 1, row 2, should appear in Table 2, row 2.

Can someone please help me with this quiet important issue?

As it is important that we are going to send this infopath form via e-mail, I prefer not to use extra code like VBA etc. (Than a form didn't worked correctly or something like that?)
(Important detail: Not all receivers of this form have Microsoft Infopath, but they do use Microsoft Outlook)

I'm looking forward to some help.

Thank you all in advance,
