Jimmy, Field 1 is pulling data from a Sharepoint Forms Library with XML posts, I basically have a child InfoPath form that users fill out and submit to that library, I also have columns in that library that capture data but are hidden, the InfoPath form above then searches that library with specific filters for the data.

Hope that helps, let me know if there's any more info I can help with to get this issue sorted, thanks.

Re: Date Drop-Down picker

What kind of data source is field 1 coming from?

Re: Date Drop-Down picker

I would guess that you need to change the type of field 1 from "string" to "date"....

Date Drop-Down picker

Hi, I have a InfoPath 2010 form with 3 fields;

Field 1 - captures the date selected from another form via second data source (Australia date format DD/MM/YYYY)

Field 2 - captures todays date (today())

Field 3 - should display the number of days between Field 1 & Field 2

The issue is that when I preview the form, for some reason Field 1 displays as '2010-11-04 00:00:00', Field 2 is displayed normally DD/MM/YYYY, Field 3 displays NaN
