You might need to check their permissions for the Site that the form library is located in. If you have admin privileges you can go to administration and manage users and verify that they have probably contributor access so that they can both open a new form and submit one back if applicable. You may need to verify which windows account they are using too. You can add them if they are not listed.

Hope that helps.

Re: Infopath Security Issues

Try having the users add the site to their Local Intranet Sites (Internet Explorer Tools | Options | Security tab).

Not accepting the credentials is another story.

Infopath Security Issues

Hi,

I have deployed a sharepoint form to a client and for some reason whenever they try to open it they are asked for credentials which are not accepted.

I don't understand why they are being asked at all, nor why their details won't then be accepted.

Any ideas?
