Adding (or subtracting) a control in a form invalidates any existing digital signatures if the form is auto-update. Changing text or control properties does not invalidate signatures. It looks like all of the existing forms will have to be signed again unless anyone else has a solution.

Thanks

Gary

Re: Invalid digital signature

Hi,

Check out this link,<br /http://infopathdev.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1051

It may be helpful for you.

Invalid digital signature

Hi
I have a very large form with multiple views and sections. Four of the sections require digital signatures on completion. I have had to make some changes to the form template in a section that does not need to be signed. The forms that have already been signed now show invalid digital signatures. Is there any way to amend a form template without invalidating these signatures?

Thanks

Gary
