When the changing event is called, something happens and a new value is added to the database which is the source for the secondary data source attached to this combobox. Immediately after i want to refresh the SDD so that this new value appears in the list... I have seen on some other posts to do this you would use the following statement in infopath 2003... what is the equivalent in 2007???

XDocument.DataObjects["Secondary DataSource Name"].Query();

thanks!
