I have my list setup to require the submitted files to be checked out in order to make changes. So when the users click finish, SharePoint keeps the file checked out. I sat with a user and watched her complete the fields and hit submit. She can see the data in the sharepoint list but when I view it on my machine, I can't see it. It seems she can only see what she submits, and I can only see what I submit. Any ideas?
