Active Directory, or AD, is a product created by Microsoft that runs on a Windows Server and is used to host a domain network where users can login with the same credentials to any computer connected to the network. I haven't worked with this product too much, but this the best way I can describe it.

The AD Web Service is a web service that simply allows you to access the current user's credentials that they have used to log on to the domain. This is made by us, Qdabra Software.

Re: User Roles don't work correctly !!

Thank you Matt .
Now A question !
IS there any difference between AD and
AD Web Service ??
if Yes , What is that ?
Re: User Roles don't work correctly !!

I haven't worked with user roles a whole lot, but you might want to look into using our AD web service which might help you accomplish this.
<br /http://www.qdabra.com/proddetail.asp?prod=QADWS

User Roles don't work correctly !!

I have a problem with USER ROLES in InfoPath that explained it below :
The problem is that the conditions of button's and etc with user roles work correctly ONLY if the user open the form with a computer that is joint to domain .
So when the user open the form with a computer out of domain , user roles do not work correctly .
for example if u creat a condition on a button that is "if user roles is equal to X Disable this button" . ( X is a person in domain )
this work orrectly only when the users open the form with a computer joint to doamin . not a computer out of domian .
How can I solve this problem ?
