If you already have that, try placing the text box inside a scrolling region.

Can't view all text if Read Only

I have a text box that is small on my form, but that will scroll. However I have conditional formatting set that depending on your role - it will be read only. So, when the requestor (should be read-only) goes in to view the comments in that text box - they can only see what is on the screen. How can I keep it read only but allow people to see the multi-line comments - without having a huge text box on my form?
