Have you tried creating a SharePoint site that is exposed externally or even simply place into an externally available folder should do the trick. The problem here is that all the users must have InfoPath installed, if you want to get out of this problem you could use our FormsViewer product to render the form in IE.

InfoPath for users without intranet

Hi all,
I'm evaluating the possibility to use InfoPath 2003 SP2 to make data entry, but with users not connected to our corporate intranet. How can i publish the XSN file to make it available also for these users?
Maybe using regform and with setup?
Any suggestion is welcomed.

Marco.
