Every so often, we get a user who tries to use the form and gets th following error:

InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of an error in the form's code. The format of the file 'EmployeeAddChangeRequestForm.dll' is invalid.

I don't understand why this code works for some people and not others. The name of the dll file is the name of the form, if that helps. If you have any idea on how to fix this, i would appreciate it. Thank you.
