I don't believe so, because we are in two seperate locations. Is that why? That just doesn't seem right? Kind of makes signing a form and having digital signatures pointless? A signature should be a signature, should not matter what the source is.

Re: Unverified signatures

Hi Bernie,
Are the certificates that you are using to sign the forms issued by the same Certificate Authority?

Unverified signatures

Good day all!!! I am hoping for a good day... hope you can help :-)

OK, I have a few employees that work off site. They are just beginning to use a form I have produced and have been using here on site for about 4 months now. The form has multiple areas for signatures. Now many of these forms have been used and signed by many team members. But, now that the off site get a form with existing signatures in it the get the cannot verify signatures error. When they sign the form and send it back to me, the same thing happens.

Why does this happen and is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?

Thank you all for taking the time to read my post and I look forward to everyones responses!!!

Bernie
