When you say "we are using Qdabra" -- what product are you using? qRules? It sounds like your question is about promoted properties from your form? Check out this post -- it suggests deactivating and reactivating the form template for property promotion to work...

Qdabra Form - Infopath Central Admin Publish Problem

I posted this last week, but have had no responses. Does anyone know the answer? Could some of the experts acknowledge the post, at least? The only reason I have to publish through Central Admin is that we are using Qdabra... We have tried everything we can think of...

My original message was:

We are building a new Forms Repository site that will eventually contain thousands of forms.

Each form will be launched from a link library (Form Templates) in which I need additional metadata about the form to appear, i.e. Owner Department, Work Group, Form Number, etc.

When I publish a form through admin, I have no problem with it ending up in the Form Template list, but I cannot figure out how to get the additional metadata in the form record! The only additional information that comes through is the form Properties stuff which is quite limited. The list is locked down so you cannot edit the item after it is published - even if you are a super administrator!!

I have tried everything I've found - to no avail. The sharepoint architect really doesn't seem to know what to do either!!

When the forms are launched from the link in the Form Templates list and submitted, they will also land in their own document library that I will need to reveal various workflow related form fields in...

PLEASE HELP - I am under the GUN!!!
