The only problem is, I need the format for the repeating table to be different than how it would be pulled from Access. Basically, I need a repeating table inside a repeating table and that isn't how the database is set up. That is why I need it to be written in code. I need to pull the data into a dataset, change the dataset (i'm not sure how), and then bind that to a repeating table. Possible? Let me know. Thanks!

Greg

Re: Fill repeating table

You shouldn't need code for this. Add a secondary data source which links to your Access database. You can set up a button which forces a query to take place. Then bind a repeating table to the repeating node in your secondary data source (from your Data Source task pane).

Fill repeating table

I would like to have a repeating table which queries a database and then information is then automatically put into the repeating table. Then I would like the user to be able to change that data or add new ones as well. I have searched and I'm just confused on how to implement this. I am using C# code. The database is an Access database. If anyone has sample code or can explain it, that would be great. Thanks!

Greg
