I thought that it would be like this:

OnLoad Event:

-caluclations 1

-calculations 2

submit()

Thus as I told you, I am only scared if the events in the on load will be triggered before the entire data in the XML is loaded. Then I will have a problem, because It could overwrite the file with inconsistent data.

I will provide you with a feedback as soon as I implement this.

Regards,

Svetoslav

Re: Submit form during OnLoad Event

Hi Svetoslav,

You could set a value and add a rule on the value to save your form. But, please just try it as you have it. If it works, great! If not, please send us email with your results.

Good luck!

Submit form during OnLoad Event

Hello everybody,

In my form I have a couple of calculation that occur during OnLoad event and I want to save the result into a field and then save/submit the form. I am feeling uncertaing if I can thus loose some data. I am scared if the code actually will be triggered before all the information in the xml is loaded to the form and then during overwriting the document with the submission, I could loose the unloaded data? I guess no because it is the last call in the OnLoad event, but because I have a lot of data connections and I can see that the calculations take place earlier that the form is entirely opened for manipulations. Thus some concernes rised in my mind.

I strongly appriciate your opinion to this issue. It will be also very interesting to understand what order are the events following.
