We keep having persistent problems with either opening or submitting the form. Usually it works fine, but sometimes we get the errors. Clearing the browser's cache has so far worked for our internal users, but external is another story. We had a devil of a time even getting the form to open for one external user, and now that it opens, it won't submit. The user is getting the following error:

InfoPath cannot submit to the following location:http://xxx

The form template has insufficient security privileges.
Access is denied.

I've just now realized that the error message is referencing our internal IP, which of course won't work outside our firewall. We haven't set the site up with a domain name, just an IP. Is this the problem? Where can I change the internal IP to the external one?

This is a rather urgent issue - any replies would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Anna
