Here is like my application. In Share point library there are two folders like Pending and Approve. when the cadndidate fills the form, first it will store into the Pending folder. After the Respective manager approving the form it should go and store in the approve folder.

In my case the form is going and storing in the approve folder but the form in the Pending folder is remains there. I don't want the form in the pending folder after it is approved.

Please give soluation for my problem.

Thanks in advance
