The form is filled out by the rep and then they click the submit button which submits the form to their sales manager for approval. What my question is, can I add some functionality to the form that would send a read receipt back to the originator once the sales manager has opened the file? Als i would need this functionality all the way through the apporval process because once the sales manager approves the request, he submits it to the Accounting department who in turn review, approve and setup the customer. The sales manager would also like a read receipt indicating receipt og the form. Can anyone help me with this>?
