Ernesto is right, I think -- especially be aware of service packs. Another thing that can cause different behavior between users is IE settings. One thing you can do is have a user that the form does not work for sign into a machine where the form does work, and try to open it, to ensure the problem isn't user related (i.e., database permissions).

I think the key is in the InfoPath version or computer configuration. Can you make sure that the user with troubles has the same InfoPath version as the other users?

I have a Infopath 2003 form template running in a sharepoint form library. There are approximately 300+ users that have no problems whatsoever openeing and working with the form. Only 1 user gets the error message "cannot create a blank new form - unknown error". I totally ran out of options on this case and have no idea what could cause this error. Especially as every user "should" have the same computer configuration.

Any help or even any point into the right direction will be highly appreciated.
