They like it but want some changes. when the sales rep setsup a new customer they should be able to select a customer type (ex/. Ethnic, Casual Dining, Healthcare, Upscale and so on)then once they have chosen a main category it will determine which subcategories appear in the next drop down list for them to choose. (ex. if they choose "ethnic" then the next drop down will list "chinese, mexican, indian, greek, cuban, thai, and so on" and if they choose "casual Dinning" then the next dropdown would list subcategories relating to that selection such as "Asian Buffet, American Buffet, Pasta/Pizza, Seafood Buffet and so on). I have tried to set up a rule but can only make it set the secondary dropdown to a specific field not a secondary list for them to choose from. Can someone give me some insight on how to make this work? Thanks.
