We have some forms which need to be passed around and updated then saved back to the file system, and periodically submitted to a web service via their data connections. (The forms contain various specifications).
2. Most users can access xsn's from an internal website and xml files from the file system.
3. External users can do the same via VPN, but only when connected to the internet.
4. Some external users do not have access to the VPN but will want to create, receive, edit and pass on forms by email.

I haven't been able to work out a way to keep everyone happy. Does anyone have any suggestions, or can confirm that this is not possible?
Clive Glover

(Security, performance, ease of use - pick any two:)
