It looks as though I may have to wait for Office 2007 and SharePoint v3 to come out. Thanks for the reply.

quote:

Hi

You need to have your list of values into your secondary DOM in a repeating Table or section in a scrolling Region control and have another field which would be your boolean value for the check box By checking off check boxes next to items you could select multiple items. This will involve some coding.

If you are interested another idea is we have a tool called "Smart Combobox" which is actually a list box with multiselect option. In the SharePoint list we are using a Choice data type with checkboxes to allow for multiple selections. Usig this data type it concatinates all selected items into one column rather than many seperate columns of yes and no's. Is there any way to do the same thing in an InfoPath form so that I can cut down on the number of columns for less scrolling and easier viewing?

I would find it hard to believe that a SharePoint list does something that an InfoPath form can't do. I am also running into column limitations for displaying. Does anyone know of a multiple select set of checkboxes that acts as one entity? Any help would be very much appreciated.
