But have already try to make this? If it's the case can you send me an example? Because for me that don't work.

If I right click like you say in my secondary data source in the Data Source task pane I do not have "More" option. Only section or controls.

Right-click the field in your secondary data source in the Data Source task pane, and then choose More | Optional Section.

Hi,

What I try today is to make an optionnal section but link to my secondary datasource not to the primary.

I have try to modify the schema of my 2nd datasource but nothing to do infopath will not insert a optionnal section when I drag and drop my optionnal group of my 2nd datasource Infopath will only insert me section or controls!

Is there a way to do this? This is because the field that I want to hide is not link to the primary datasource and I don't want this in my primary datasource

Any help is welcome
