The departments also have ID numbers that are being stored as the value with the name of the department as the display. I had manually typed in the list but because I want to display it in other places, I made a SQL database to it. I got the connection working just fine for the list, but there were rules that are based on the value in this field - they are not working anymore. Any ideas???
