So I created a repeat table with two columns (Index_Count,field) and assign the default value for each column with the following formulas :<br /><p><br />count(preceding-sibling::*/Index_Count) + 1<br />count(preceding-sibling::*/field) + 1<br /><br />Once I previewed the form, the first column value can increase value after inserting .
