We have been working on a big change to the website to enable more sample forms. This should be available soon. Of course, we cannot create samples for every topic area.

Re: Send to Recipient

You know what would be really great?

If someone could attach a really basic simple sample file that someone like me could download and use as a go-by.

Re: Send to Recipient

Check out these threads and I think you will find what you're looking for:

Check out the last few posts of this one, it provides a copy+paste solution from one of the sample forms.<br /http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1006
<br /http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1435

I hope this helps! That would require installing digital signatures for the users though, which is a high bar. The image that you refer to is actually a variant of HTML, so it's really not an image. To eliminate the attachment or customize the send you can create your own e-mail submit adapter and write code to control the various envelope parameters. Good luck!

Patrick Halstead [InfoPath MVP]
InfoPath Dev Seattle

Send to Recipient

The "Send to Mail Recipient" file menu selection renders a very nice image of the form in the body of the email. However, it also sends the form along as an attachment. Is there a way to eliminate the attachment option or a way to obtain an image of the form when using the submit via a data connection option? Thanks.
