But,-

The admin forms are published to a server folder and the templates uploaded to MOSS and activated

We email the forms to users who are never connected to sharepoint who fill these forms in (they do not use Outlook)

The returned forms are uploaded (custom button) to their form libraries (content type)

Sharepoint users can view the browser enabled forms

But

If Moss serves up a non browser link, they need the template installed on their local machine.

So what we are trying to do is automate the procedure of

Deploying templates to users who are never connected to Sharepoint

Deploying templates to users who are connected to Sharepoint but need to access the template using Infopath (non browser link served up by MOSS)

Make any sense?

Thanks

Are you just trying to upload an InfoPath Form.

I've run the following dos batch file from powershell:

prompt $D $T$_$P$G
@echo Please set the correct path and filename before running this script OR hit Ctrl+C to exit
@pause

cd "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\12\bin"

stsadm -o deactivateformtemplate -url %urlpath% -filename %pathxsn%

stsadm -o execadmsvcjobs

stsadm -o removeformtemplate -filename %pathxsn%

stsadm -o verifyformtemplate -filename %pathxsn%

stsadm -o execadmsvcjobs

stsadm -o uploadformtemplate -filename %pathxsn%

stsadm -o execadmsvcjobs

Is there any way we can register Infopath Form Templates(fully trusted/signed/admin published) on a users PC via a batch/powershell script/msi installer? (i.e. so the user does not have to open the template to register)

Thanks,
