They wanted an automated way to push new versions of the form out.

But, as is often the case, the project has galloped off in a new direction so this is no longer a live issue. I do thank you for your quick reply to my question, and I'm very glad to have found infopathdev.

Re: InfoPath and ClickOnce deployment?

I haven't heard of InfoPath being used with ClickOnce, but is there a particular reason that you want to use ClickOnce? You should just be able to publish the XSN to a web server from the InfoPath designer.

InfoPath and ClickOnce deployment?

I'm trying to find specifics on using ClickOnce deployment for an InfoPath 2007 form template. In a fat VSTO book there is a table that has an X in the cell that indicates InfoPath supported or works with ClickOnce; but there are no details at all in the book. Nor have my online searches found any details.

It may be that using ClickOnce to deploy an InfoPath form template is such a normal, vanilla thing that folks don't need to give details or even ask questions in news groups or forums. Still, I'd like to reassure myself that it is feasible to use Microsoft Office 2007 ClickOnce to deploy an InfoPath 2007 form template.
