I have office 2007 installed and created a Infopath 2007 Form with 3 attachments control. I attached a .DOC, .TXT and .DOCX file and emailed to my user groups. Am able to Open the 1. TXT and 2.DOCX, however, it gives the following error message when i try to open a .DOC file. "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel." In the control panel the association is correct and when i double click the .DOC file form Explorer, it opens in Word 2007 and no issues. Also in the attachment i find 1. DOC File KB 2. Text Document KB 3. Microsoft Office Word Docum KB will display only Doc File instead Microsoft Office Word Document. please advise me what is wrong and how do i fix this error?
