I have a repeating table, as shown below.

The Critical Success Factors are populated from another repeating table earlier in the form. Under each option is a column of dropdown lists which allow the user to select either Failed or Met.

For each option, if any of the dropdowns show failed, then the footer cell must show Failed, otherwise it can show Met.

I've tried to achieve this using functions and rules but haven't been able to do it.

Critical Success Factors

Option 1

Option 2

Up to Option 7

Success factor

Dropdown list (Failed, Met)

Dropdown list (Failed, Met)

Dropdown list (Failed, Met)

Another success factor

Dropdown list (Failed, Met)

Dropdown list (Failed, Met)

Dropdown list (Failed, Met)

Outcome (Failed/Met)

I'm fairly new to InfoPath and haven't yet done any coding, but I can't see any way to do this using formulae.
