Double click on button.<br />2. Click on “Rules” button in button properties.<br />3. Set the condition as tick box and text box fields are not blank.<br />4. Click on “Add Action” button.<br />5. Select “Submit using a data connection” value from “Action” dropdown.<br />6. Click on “Add” button and an e-mail data connection.<br />7. (Only needs to be emailed if the option has been ticked and the text box has ben filled.)<br /><br />Thanks
