There are some great labs on MSDN and the SDK is the best reference of all. In addition, look at the samples installed with InfoPath for ideas. My team built these when we were at Microsoft. Now, 4 of those people work here to provide you with additional resources and help. Finally, my book is a good place to start if you intend to develop solutions.
