Try this:

1. Create a new view - name it "Custom"
2. Export form files by File -> Export Form Files
3. Open the folder that you extracted things to
4. Open the Custom.xsl file in your outside editor, make changes, save, and close
5. Right click on manifest.xsf and choose Design
6. Re-publish to a new location to obtain a fresh XSN package

---------------
Matt Faus
InfoPath Dev Texas
Re: view.xsl , external xsl editor

Thanks Matt,
I have read that Infopath does some custom stuff with the xsl. ?
I really could use an example.. Also, you might have to hack a coupel other files such as the manifest.xsf.

---------------
Matt Faus
InfoPath Dev Texas
view.xsl , external xsl editor

Is there a way to show a view.xsl that was created by another xsl editor in infopath ?
