Otherwise, you will generally want to uninstall previous versions before running the installer again.

---------------
Matt Faus
InfoPath Dev Texas
Re: Remove Cache

I encountered this problem as well, and the only way to get rid of the programs at that point it seems is to go into the registry and delete any registry keys that contain the forms urn value. You can do this by going to start -> run, type regedit and press ok, and use find.

Remove Cache

When i trying to use an msi installer, i have a new program installed on my Control Panel -> Add Remove hardware. But suddenly my friend try to install it again, and i've got 2 program with the same name installed on my machine. So, i try to install it once more (so i have doing this for three times), and i've got 3 program with the same name. Try to install the msi two or three times, and you will be surprised.

The problem is, when i trying to unistall one of them and trying to uninstall the rest, there are error. The first uninstall successfully, but the last .. hmm, the error said that it can't uninstal because system can't find InfoPath form.

So, when trying to update a new installer, it means that client should unistall the first and then do installing again. Is it a tool or maybe something clue that can solve this problem.

Warm regards,

[AR]
