There is a section there that pertains to the Form Template version and how it handles upgrades. You could just "Do nothing" and will probably stop the message from coming up, but would keep the user from obtaining the most up-to-date version of the form. Another option "Use custom event" could be used to automatically update the form without seeing the message.

---------------
Matt Faus
InfoPath Dev Texas
Infopath Cache Issues

Hi,
I have published serveral forms to Sharepoint. Infopath is a relatively new product in our org.
The issue I am having is that every time an update is made to the form and the form is republished, users get this error prompt.
The form you are opening has the same formid as a form already on your computer.
The users then have 2 options:
1. Keep form on Computer
2. Replace form on computer
I know clearing cache or selecting Replace form on computer will fix this issue.
I understand this has to do with Infopath caching forms for offline use. However to a regular user this appears as if it were an error message. Is there anythinng I can do to avoid this?
Your help is appreciated.
-Vidette

There are only 10 types of people in the world - Those who understand binary, and those who don't.
