The trick is how to select a row to copy it. The easiest way is to click in a field at the begining of the row then hold down SHIFT and click any other field in that row or in an adjacent row above or below. That will select the row or rows. Then COPY then put your insertion point in the blank row and paste. Unfortunately, InfoPath does not support drag and drop of rows out of the box (like Excel).

Shiraz Cupala
InfoPathDev

Re: Reorder Rows in Repeating Table

Thanks Virgul,

I am actually interested in providing UI for user to re-arrange the rows as he wants and not looking for sorting...

Anyway, I got a good example here <a href='http://www.infopathdev.com/downloads/free/default.aspx?i=ff568efdccf74b688133dac1b6bb7a40' target='_blank' title='http://www.infopathdev.com/downloads/free/default.aspx?i=ff568efdccf74b688133dac1b6bb7a40'http://www.infopathdev.com/downloads/free/default.aspx?i=ff568efdccf74b688133dac1b6bb7a40 for what I wanted...

Thanks,
E.
