Once the form is open, go to Tools-&gt;Form Options-&gt;Form Library Columns. Add your newly added items. Re-save the form (ctrl-s) or File-Save. Close the form. I can use it successfuly in sharepoint now, but when I go to create a "New View" for this form, my new form items dont apprear as columns on the "Create Views" page. <br /><br />Yes I'm new to this but this has me stumped since it shows all of the the old columns but not the new ones I added.<br /><br />thanks - <br />Ty
