SharePoint does not have a row-based permissions model. Since the interviewers will come one after another, you can create separate form libraries. With code, you could require a password, but that's overkill and unruly. How do you plan to use the feedback?

Patrick Halstead [InfoPath MVP]
InfoPathDev

File Attachment question

I am doing an infopath form for the entire recruiting and interview process of new candidates. In part of my form, I've created a bunch of "file attachment" controls, such that an interviewer will "check out" the form from Sharepoint, and add their interview feedback into one of the File attachment locations.

My question is, how can I make sure that an interviewer who is adding their own feedback cannot have access to previously submitted feedback on that form from other interviewers.

Thanks!
